My journey

With 30 years of experience in international mid-sized companies , I have held key positions, progressively moving into management roles until assuming full responsibility for a company as CEO . This career path has allowed me to develop dual expertise, both strategic and operational, essential for understanding the complex challenges of the professional world.

 

A graduate of an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and also certified in Executive Coaching by the same school , I bring an approach that combines strategic vision, practical experience, and human-centered leadership support. Furthermore, I am a board member and speak on governance issues at the French Institute of Directors (IFA) at Sciences Po Paris.

 

I have had the opportunity to work in diverse environments, from family-owned businesses to those backed by investment funds , thus exposing my perspective to different corporate cultures and governance models. This variety of experiences has given me a comprehensive understanding of the challenges of growth, transformation, and leadership.

 

By managing French, European, and international teams , I have developed strong intercultural sensitivity and the ability to navigate both hierarchical and matrix structures. Convinced that performance depends on team engagement, I have always placed people at the heart of my management approach. My high standards are combined with attentive listening, based on the certainty that employee recognition and involvement are the essential drivers of success and performance.
