With 30 years of experience in business management, I have developed strategic and operational expertise, combined with a human approach to leadership.

 

Having graduated with an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and certified in Executive Coaching, I support managers and executives in strengthening their leadership and optimizing their performance, in alignment with their values.

 

As a member of boards of directors and a speaker on governance issues at the French Institute of Directors (IFA) - Sciences Po Paris, I bring expertise on good governance practices, essential for strengthening strategic decision-making.
